As a data scientist and researcher, Toni provides a technical, analytic lens to all her work. Her strengths include increasing data accessibility by clearly and concisely communicating complex data findings and employing data analysis to create action steps that efficiently solve real-world problems. Her expertise in school finance and accountability, combined with her technical skills, allow her to offer an objective perspective to schools and organizations undergoing the research, planning, evaluation, and implementation phases of data incorporation.
A former teacher and school leader, Toni brings over 10 years of school experience to the TTM Analytics team. In addition to her work with the TTM Analytics team, Toni serves as a Quantitative Analyst for the University of Houston Education Research Center, a statewide repository of student- and staff-level K-12, higher education, and workforce data. In this capacity, Toni designs quantitative models to understand Texas public school outcomes.
