Ami Magunia

For the past two years, Ami has served in a role leading the development, management, and execution of content and programming for a leadership development program for senior systems leaders. Prior to this role, Ami worked as an engagement director leading strategic planning, district redesign, and school level turnaround at Mass Insight Education, in Boston, MA. Ami began her career in education as a Teach for America Corps member in Baltimore City Public Schools. After teaching for four years, Ami worked for The New Teacher Project (TNTP) to manage the Baltimore City Public Schools alternative teaching program. Ami later joined the district leadership team serving as both the Special Assistant to the Chief Human Capital Officer and Manager of School-Based Recruitment and Staffing. She graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and holds an M.A.T. from Johns Hopkins University.
